Deirdre Moser has been working with the wire weavers for 19 years. She sources the orders and works with designers.  Each piece is woven around a mould of steel or wood or plastic. The moulds need to be extremely durable.  All materials are supplied to the weavers  free of charge. The pieces are woven in the traditional double wire weave and great time and care is taken in the making of these works of art.   The weavers are very proud of their work.   Finger tips are bandaged with bits of fabric for protection.
